What I love most about overnight oats (besides the fact that they are super easy/convenient to make) is that there are soooooo many variations of it.
If you’re not as big a fan of peanut butter as me or maybe you’re just in the mood to change it up a bit, look no further!
Opt for a vanilla flavored protein powder instead of chocolate (pictured is vanilla Shakeology).
Swap bananas for strawberries.
Trade your peanut butter topping for 1 tbsp of decadent (melted) dark chocolate.
And voila! The results are ALWAYS heavenly and will start your day on a super positive note. This also makes an ideal pre or post workout snack!
